Days after the release of his highly favored mixtape K.I.D.S., 18 yr old Pittsburgh rap representa’ Mac Miller and I sat down to discuss the project, along with how his career was spawned and the cult-classic film which his project is named after. The meet took place in NYC’s Washington Square Park in tribute to the movie the emcee so closely identifies with. Click play to catch a quick verse from Mac followed by the YRB TV interview.

Check out the lead off music video for J. Cardim’s Dice Music Presents: The In Crowd. The video is for the first in a line of upcoming singles, “G Like Me,” a street banger with a hustler’s harmony of a hook. G Eyez kicks off the first verse somethin’ vicious, followed by street poet Sha Stimuli and the raw flow of Lawrence, Mass’s own Termanology. A soulful chorus in brought in by Danny “Skyhigh” McClean. Director Raf Moses was at the helm of the shoot which took place entirely in Brooklyn, NY.
Be sure to check out the entire mixtape (Download HERE) as it is possibly the best street compilation project of 2010 thus far. Other features include Joe Budden, Juelz Santana, Styles P, Ludacris, ODB, and rising Dice Music Group talents TUGE Palermo and Ariez Onasis. Both of the aforementioned Dice Music artists are currently putting together some serious heat slated to drop in the near future. Check out the BTS footage as well after the jump.
In this episode of Eric’s World TV we get yet another glimpse at the character of Santiago Santos. This time however, it seems to be Santiago’s day off from the gym, at least until events take an unexpected turn. Check out what happens when he becomes a “sensei” and tries to train a child protege in the art of combat to take on actor Jaden smith.
